Regulations for Provision of Services by Electronic Means

1. General provisions

  1. The Regulations set out the rules for the use of https://www.gestaltwarszawa.pl and the rules for booking and providing remote services.

  2. The service provider is SimpleCity Communications Robert Stupak, F. Klimczaka 8A/34 Street, 02-797 Warsaw, e-mail: kontakt@gestaltwarszawa.pl / robert@gestaltwarszawa.pl, NIP: PL8941897340.

  3. Services are directed to adults (18+).

2. Types and scope of electronic services

  1. presentation of offers and information; 2) booking forms and links (Zencal); 3) electronic communication (e-mail/telephone); 4) online payments by third-party operators; 5) newsletter/marketing - only after obtaining consents.

3. Technical conditions

Internet access, web browser, active e-mail/phone, for online meetings - camera/microphone and stable connection.

4. Booking rules and conclusion of contract

  1. Booking is done through the Zencal tool (link/iframe).

  2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the date and, if provided, payment (advance/payment).

  3. Prices are gross; current rates are presented on the site or in the booking form.

  4. Psychotherapy and supervision services are provided only to individuals residing in PL at the time of the session (online or inpatient). For those outside PL, we offer only non-clinical services (coaching/training/workshops).

5. Payments

  1. Payments are handled by third-party operators (e.g. Stripe/PayPal) in accordance with their terms and conditions.

  2. Payment data is processed directly by operators.

  3. The payment confirmation is proof of the conclusion of the contract for the paid service.

6. Cancellations, lateness and absences

  1. The session can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 1 business day before the date (via the link in the confirmation or email contact).

  2. Cancellation of less than 1 business day or absence without cancellation will result in an obligation to pay 100% of the price.

  3. Tardiness does not extend the session; regardless of tardiness, the session may be considered attended and paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal / events with a specific date

  1. The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

  2. If the deadline is within the 14-day period, you may: (a) request the start of the service before the deadline, in which case a pro rata fee is due in the event of withdrawal; (b) after the service has been fully performed with your express consent, the right of withdrawal is not available.

  3. In the case of workshops with a specific date, the cancellation policy indicated in the event announcement will apply (once a complete group is confirmed, fees may be non-refundable - see offer for details).

8. Complaints

Submit complaints regarding electronic services or billing to kontakt@gestaltwarszawa.pl. We will consider them within 14 days.

9. Liability and disclaimers

  1. The site does not provide emergency assistance - in case of an emergency, contact the emergency number 112.

  2. The content on the site is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis.

10. Final provisions

  1. The applicable law is Polish law.

  2. Disputes shall be resolved by common courts in accordance with the provisions of the CCP.

  3. The Regulations may be amended for important reasons (e.g. legal/technical changes); the new version is valid for contracts concluded after its publication.
