Supervision
SUPPORT AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Supervision in psychotherapy supports therapists’ professional growth while also caring for the well-being of their clients.
I invite psychotherapists, psychologists, trainers, and coaches, as well as representatives of other professions related to psychological help or training activities, to collaborate and benefit from professional supervision. My goal is to enhance your professional skills and ensure the highest quality of care for your patients and clients. I offer individual and group supervision in accordance with EAGT international standards:
individual supervision is a series of meetings offering in-depth analysis and reflection on specific cases the therapist is working with, based on authentic dialogue between supervisor and supervisee. Each meeting lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to the therapist’s needs.
Group supervision enables the exchange of experiences with other therapists, broadening perspectives and drawing from diverse approaches and working methods. Meetings are held regularly, and their frequency is agreed upon with the group participants.
What does the first supervision session look like?
The first supervision session is a consultation. It allows us to define the goals of supervision and establish the rules of cooperation. During subsequent meetings, specific therapeutic cases and challenges faced by the supervised therapist or team are discussed.
Who is supervision for?
Supervision is for psychotherapists, psychologists, personal development trainers, and coaches, as well as representatives of other professions related to broadly understood psychological help or training activities, who want to systematically improve their professional competence, cope with difficult cases, and take care of their own personal and professional development. This is especially important for people working with diverse clients who want to ensure the highest standard of psychological help and support.
Supervision is an indispensable element of the work of every psychotherapist who wants to provide services at the highest level and develop professionally.
I cordially invite psychotherapists to participate in supervision, especially those who:
wish to expand their knowledge and improve their therapeutic skills,
strive to provide their clients with the highest level of support,
want to systematically analyze their work and reflect on its quality,
feel the need to exchange experiences and inspiration with other specialists,
are facing difficult cases and need support in dealing with them,
and all those who want to develop as professionals in the field of psychotherapy.
"Supervision is a place where a psychotherapist can discover and develop their authenticity in the therapeutic relationship."
