Individual personal development training in the Gestalt approach supports the process of becoming a conscious creator of your own life.

This is an active form of work on one's own development of an educational nature. Meetings take place once every 1-2 weeks. They last 50 or 100 minutes, respectively. The aim of the meetings is to broaden self-awareness in relation to established patterns of behavior, thinking and experiencing that hinder the ability to effectively use available resources and creatively adapt to changing environmental conditions (ang. creative adjustment).

Individual development training in the Gestalt approach is a process of becoming a conscious creator of your own life. It is an active form of work on one's own development of an educational, not therapeutic, nature. It allows you to learn through experience the skills of recognizing and satisfying real needs, reaching for your own resources and building support in yourself. It consists of broadening self-awareness in relation to established patterns of behavior, thinking and experiencing. It helps to overcome barriers hindering development and creatively adapt to the changing environment.

Personal development support

I invite individuals who want to move towards a more conscious and creative management of themselves and their lives (ang. personal coaching) to work together, especially those who want to:

  • know and understand themselves better

  • discover previously unused personal resources

  • look at their own limitations in contact with themselves and the environment

  • become aware of maladaptive patterns of behavior and relationship building

  • expand self-awareness regarding self-limiting beliefs, games and life scripts

Professional Development Support

I also invite individuals who want to take advantage of comprehensive professional development support based on Gestalt theory and methodology (ang. career coaching), and in particular those who:

  • feel professional "burnout"

  • are looking for new avenues for development

  • want to find a balance between private life and career

  • are experiencing dilemmas and hesitating when faced with important decisions

  • are experiencing difficulties in interpersonal relationships in the workplace

  • are experiencing conflicts with superiors, colleagues, or members of their team

  • have difficulty coping with emotional tension and stress related to their role

and individuals who struggle to recognize their actual needs.

Sessions are held every 1-2 weeks and last 50-100 minutes. Their purpose is to expand awareness of ingrained patterns of behavior, thinking, and experiencing that hinder the ability to utilize available resources and creatively adapt to changing environmental conditions.
